This Crazy Diet just got Crazier!

Yesterday at the appointment I was given phase 2 of the diet. It is a no-carb diet. No starchy veggies, no dairy, no juices, no fruit. The only acceptable foods are green veggies, protein, celery with sugar free peanut butter and nuts. The good news: This phase is 3-4 weeks. I can endure for 3-4 weeks, I suppose.
I went ahead and asked for the information sheet about phase 3 simply because I needed to see some hope. There’s hope! There always is. Phase 3 is just basically limiting carbs to 15-20g per meal and eating clean like Julie said. I will be able to have wheat bread and wheat pasta and dairy again.
The important thing in phase 2 is increasing my protein and caloric intake so I do not loose weight. And I know my team of nutritionists will research once again and find foods I can eat!! Thanks in advance Team!
