Welcome back carbs

Tomorrow I can reintroduce 15-20 carbs per meal! I am so relieved these 3 weeks of the no-carb diet are behind me. Now I can finally go back to somewhat normal, but healthier, eating. I can have wheat bread and wheat pasta! That in and of itself brings a smile to my face. I am so sick of meat and veggies every meal.

Tomorrow Mama is fixing spaghetti with wheat noodles for Thursday night dinner! I can’t wait!! It’s going to be the best meal I’ve had in 3 weeks!
