Today Evan turns 5 years old. As hard as it is to believe his big sister Grace is 10, it is equally hard to believe Evan is 5!

Evan is the typical boy who spends his days making sounds constantly with his mouth. He is majorly into transformers, batman and basically anything that fires and shoots off. He is so fun to watch play. I try my best to play transformers right! Sometimes I’m way off, I know! :)

I went to visit Evan today for his birthday and the whole time he had all his transformers out along with the cool new batman toys he had gotten. He didn’t even really want to eat lunch. He crawled up into his seat long enough to eat a few bites and then it was back to Transformer Land!

In the past year or so, Evan has really come out of his shell. He used to never really say much at all, but now, he is right there with his sister blabbing away (usually about a transformer, of course!).

Evan has never been to fond of hugs and kisses (except from his mommy) but I love that little guy and I know he loves me too…in his own little transformer way!

What a blessing it is to have been in the life of Grace and Evan from their birth on. I can’t wait to see who they will be in another 10 years from now!
