Last night Dave bought me this book (for Valentine’s):

Can we just say I stayed up till almost 2am reading the book because it was so incredibly fascinating?? And I only read the chapter titled, “The Anatomy and Physiology of Reproduction”.

It absolutely blows my mind at how intricately designed our Reproductive Systems are. And it blows my mind that God has allowed medical doctors, such as Dr. L, to discover and learn about this design and uncover some of the mysteries of life.

Fascinating.

And don’t even get me started about the process of fertilization, all the hormones that must first prepare the body for conception and how all that has to happen must happen in a synchronized, orderly fashion in order for conception to occur.

It blows my mind that doctors have the mental capacity and necessary knowledge to, through the procedure of IVF, play out this same synchronized, orderly fashion way of conceiving.
