My Little Bug at 3 months:

• Weighs 10lbs. 13 oz.
• is eating about 4 or 5 ounces every 4 hours and sometimes wants as much as 6 oz. in one feeding (Porky!)
• is almost ready to move into the bigger bottle that holds as much as 10 oz!
• is almost sleeping through the night (first night she slept through the night was August 23rd)
• loves to play on her floor gym
• enjoys rattles and any toy that makes noise
• smiles at everyone and everything constantly
• still sleeps in her Miracle Blanket every night
• still sleeps a lot during the day but has good awake times too
• loves to be carried facing forward for night time walks so she can see the world
• naps best on her belly while Mommy watches her, of course
• sleeps at night in her cradle by Mommy and Daddy’s bed (those nights are numbered … as soon as she is consistently sleeping through the night, we will move her to her crib)
• loves stuffed animals
• loves Puppy
• no longer needs the body support thing we used in her car seat when she was so little :(
• holds her head up pretty good
• very strong little legs (she will stand with our support and loves it)
• wears Size 1 diapers
• wears mostly newborn size clothes and is beginning to grow into some of her 0-3 month clothes
• still loves her passy for sleeping
• LOVES bath time and is starting to really splash the water OUT of her little tub while she kicks her legs (not sure how much longer that tub will be able to handle her) :)
• “talks” all the time while awake
• when she wakes up she has this polite little cry out to Mommy that she does to alert me that she is awake
• still sometimes sleeps with Mommy when she first gets up
• loves to lay in Mommy and Daddy’s bed in the morning and smile, coo and kick her little legs (she always wakes up in the morning so HAPPY!)
• will officially be OUR LITTLE GIRL on Sept. 1st (court date set to make her OURS in the court system!)
• found her thumb for the first time tonight
