Randomness
Oct 30, 2009
Here is one of those random posts where I really don’t have anything in particular to write about but I’m here anyway.
Actually, I have half an hour before I need to get Little Bug up (if she is still sleeping) and go meet my mom and one of her friends from way long ago that happens to be in town for lunch.
I just remembered I have a load of laundry in the dryer that I could go fold now, but sometimes it is just fun to not be productive. :)
I seriously cannot believe it is almost November. I mean, come on, November is the month my newborn is supposed to turn SIX MONTHS OLD. She can’t be there already, although I am very glad she is there because those newborn weeks are tough!
I’m interested to see what the time change will do to Little Bug. Nothing that a few days can’t straighten out, I’m sure. I’m thinking bedtime will be the hardest adjustment for her because come 8:30pm, Little Bug wants her bed!
We will be going to my parents’ house tomorrow for Halloween. They live on a circle and have as many as 200 trick-or-treaters come by every year! Even as a kid, I was more into passing out the candy then going around house to house. It’s become a fun neighborhood event over the years. Because kids come in droves, the neighbors usually sit out on the driveway and pass out candy that way. It’s fun!
Before we go to my parents’ house, Dave, Little Bug and I are going to go have our first professional family pictures done! I am praying Little Bug is in a good mood and we get some really great pictures.
Well, if I stop now, I just may be able to be productive after all and get that load folded before Little Bug and I have to leave.
Adios. Oh, I’ll be posting Little Bug’s Pumpkin Patch pictures tomorrow! She was definitely in a good mood for those pictures, except this one:
Little Bug won’t be wearing her pumpkin outfit for Halloween tomorrow considering the forecast is in the upper 80’s. (She would roast considering she is super hot-natured, like her Daddy.) Fall weather around here is a HIT or MISS and tomorrow, it’s a MISS.
