time change
Mar 15, 2010
This will probably end up being one of those random posts that I write with nothing really on my mind to write except what happens to come to mind as I sit here…
I’m waiting on Little Bug to get up from her nap so we can head to my parents’ house where we will spend the next few days/nights. My aunt and uncle are in town from Texas this week! I am so happy they came during my aunt’s Spring Break (she’s a teacher).
This spring time change is, so far, prooving to be a much easier transition to make than the fall time change as far as Little Bug’s schedule goes. For the first time in my life I actually liked this time change because Little Bug is sleeping later and that is always nice.
Little Bug is so close to dropping the 3rd evening nap which is really only about 30 minutes long and never more than an hour. Loosing that hour has been helpful in getting her to bedtime sooner without needing that last nap. I’m hopeful that she will continue on this pattern and we will soon not need that naptime.
I’ve started thinking about Little Bug’s first birthday party. I’m not going to do anything extravagant but I do want to have a party with family and close friends to celebrate Little Bug’s first year of life. I have decided on a theme for her party. It will be ladybugs, of course!
Little Bug is awake and ready to eat!
