Uncle David:

Fifty days from the day my uncle left home to take his daughter to school and then went to the doctor because of back pain where he suffered a brain aneurysm, he came home!

Simply amazing.

He called today and he sounded like Uncle David. While he was on the phone it was amazing to think that just 7 weeks ago we didn’t know if we’d ever see him alive again. And now here he is at home doing remarkably well.

He has not made a complete recovery but we are all very hopeful that in time he will do just that.

He is walking and talking and even going up and down the flight of stairs in his home (which was a big concern). My parents have talked to him several times since he has been at rehab and today they said he sounded the most like himself.

Thank you so much for the prayers you have prayed for my uncle. Please continue to pray for healing of his brain and that he would be able to reach a complete recovery.

Baby Sunshine:

The parental rights termination paperwork is due to the attorney at the beginning of April. From there a court date will be set to terminate parental rights. If the birth parents are still willing to do a voluntary termination of parental rights everything could be completed by early summer.

Please continue to pray for everyone involved in this case and that the Lord’s will will continue to reign in the life of Baby Sunshine.
