In six months from now, my baby will be approaching her second birthday.

I will no longer refer to her age in months. It will be years.

Two years.

Yesterday as we were on one of our many walks in the neighborhood I found myself thinking, In a couple weeks she will be eighteen months old. Then it is just down hill to two from there. And when she is two – there will be nothing baby about her at all. She really will be a little girl then.

But, she will always be my baby girl.

A part of my heart will always look at her and see this:
