We heard from the lawyer today.

She is in the process of figuring things out and hopefully within the next few days we will have a better picture and know exactly what we are dealing with.

When the lawyer first called me on December 13th to tell us Tracy is pregnant, I knew we were in for one wild ride.

But, seriously.

I never imagined the ride would be this wild.

We had intense days of waiting with Little Bug’s adoption, but when I compare how I handled that period of waiting to this time of waiting, I see a HUGE difference.

The difference is this time I truly believe and know with every fiber of my being that God is in control and I really can just sit back and relax and enjoy the wild ride.

Okay, I wouldn’t go so far to say that I am enjoying this ride.

Often times throughout the day I find myself thinking, Is this really my life right now?

Yes, it is. And it is an abundantly blessed life.

The world right now may seem to be knocked off it’s axis, but in the midst of the storm, there is true peace in my heart because, for the first time in my 29 years, I truly see the big picture here instead of chaotic circumstances.

And as the title of my blog proclaims, my God is faithful through it all.

Through infertility, through the miraculous adoption of my baby girl, and now, He is going to be faithful through this drama, too.

However this drama unfolds.

God is faithful.
