I do not like the newborn phase, either.

It dawned on me why as I was singing to Little Bug before putting her to bed as we do every night.

My newborns aren’t your normal newborns.

Drugs change everything.

My newborns have issues that make their first 3 to 4ish months tough.

On top of your normal newborn issues, there are drug issues and the two combined make for some pretty long months.

But…this too shall pass.

It’s looking like another long night is headed our way.

Pray Sweet Pea’s pain goes away soon. She’s having a hard time settling.
