E Week!
Apr 25, 2012
Little Bug sorted the Easter Eggs into containers by color.
She did not want to be in the picture of her completed work, but she did a fabulous job with this activity and sorted every egg correctly.
I’ve been trying to work on patterns with Little Bug but she hasn’t really been in to it much until this time with Easter Eggs!!
We made the patterns together and then she would say the pattern herself. We stuck to the basic AB pattern (or pink egg, yellow egg, etc.).
We made several different patterns.
Little Bug dyed Easter Eggs!
She kept Grandma on her toes trying to supervise the process!
Little Bug matched the egg to the egg on the card.
She was done after three matches.
Little Bug made an elephant and…
… Elmo!
She glued eggs onto the letter E!
We read the Easter Story.
And then made a tomb with Jesus walking out because HE IS ALIVE!!
Little Bug wrote the letter E. I helped her with the capital E and she wanted to do the lower case e all by herself!
We made a lamb with her handprint because Jesus was the sacrificial lamb.
Little Bug made a puppet elephant using a printable and brown paper bag.
