Queen of the Dramatic Cry

Oct 29, 2012

I have to say that after I wrote Sweet Pea’s 14 month post and I let the world know she had been causing drama, she must not have wanted to continue to live up to that reputation because she suddenly started eating table foods with no drama involved!!

So she stopped being a Drama Queen at the dinner table, but this baby is still Queen of the Dramatic Cry.

See below. (These pictures were taken back in early September.)

Sweet Pea spots sister about to come down the slide.

Sister has come down the slide and, for some reason (for the record: SP was not submerged under water and sister barely splashed her and sister has gone down the slide like this a hundred times before but this time, the world apparently came to an end!), Sweet Pea is now in hysterics!

Sister saves the day by giving Sweet Pea a toy and she forgets the tragedy that unfolded just behind her.

This baby is a HOOT!

Sometimes I think she is like this because I’ve “baby-ed” her too much because she is my sweet, sensitive, Mama’s-girl Sweet Pea!

But her cry is seriously one of the funniest things about her! She is either silent or crying like someone just ripped her toenail off. And the look on her sweet little face is one of complete offense.

She was looking at Little Bug and it is as if she is saying, “I cannot believe you would do such a thing as to come down the slide and splash me like that!”

And with a face like that can you blame me for baby-ing her?!

She is just so precious!!!
