Shocking, I know, that Sweet Pea is a lady bug this year…

Little Bug – Halloween 2010

Sweet Pea actually almost wasn’t going to be a lady bug. But the weather is going to be cool tonight and this costume is warmer than the alternative. The alternative was to be a “fairy” like Little Bug. (I was going to put her in Little Bug’s dance recital costume.)

Being a “fairy” was totally Little Bug’s idea. My mom asked her one day what she wanted to dress up as on Halloween and Little Bug said, “I want to be a fairy!”. I went to find her a “fairy” costume and found a Cinderella dress instead and figured it would serve the purpose considering it was only $4.

So, tonight, we will have a lady bug and a fairy!

I hope to get at least one good picture of both of them.

But I at least got a good one of my little lady bug:

WALKING!!!

As of yesterday, Sweet Pea became a walker!

I love the waddle of a newly walking toddler. There isn’t anything cuter!
