Day 2 at Rebecca’s we got up and got ready to go to the park so that I could meet Sarah!

Sarah and I “met” on a Babywise forum and when we discovered our daughters are only five days apart, we became fast friends emailing each other regularly. It is crazy how much we have in common! Everything from growing up with the same middle name to being Babywise moms.

Sarah’s little boy and Little Bug are nearly 2 months apart. All the big kids had fun finding sticks and playing with them in the water. We were just waiting for one to fall in. Sarah and Rebecca just knew it would be one of their boys, but I told them just because Little Bug is a girl doesn’t mean she won’t risk falling in. No one fell in!

Is this not the cutest thing ever?! Both babies are new walkers and seeing them toddle around together was simply adorable!

They even posed for the camera!!

We met at a park so the kids could play!

And then we had a picnic lunch together. It was perfect weather for a picnic!

It was so wonderful meeting Sarah and her children. God has so richly blessed my life with friends. I have friends that have been my friends since childhood and God has brought many new friends in to my life in recent years. Each one of my friends richly blesses my life in ways only they can! I truly count my friends as one of my richest blessings in this life.
