Crazy how home buying can be an up and down roller coaster ride!!

It appears that we are most likely NOT going to get into the house, apart from a miracle of God.

Because of all the offers made on this house, everyone was asked to give their “highest and best” offer and our highest and best is just not going to keep us in this game, most likely.

Bottom line is we have a budget on what we can afford and we are not willing to go above that because that is how we believe God would have us use the resources He has given us.

So, it’s up to Him. We’ve put in our “highest and best” and if we do by some miracle of God actually get this offer accepted it will be all God and a complete steal in the housing market!!!

Tonight, my heart is completely at rest. Trusting God truly is the best possible place to be – no matter the issue at hand.

I’ll try to post the pictures of this house tomorrow even though it’s the fourth house we’ve seen and I’ve only, so far, posted the first house we saw!
