Moving Day is tomorrow!

I am so ready to have everything back in one house! Dave’s parents were a tremendous help in getting boxes and small items to the new house. We worked Friday, Tuesday and today moving carload by carload of stuff from point A to point B. My mom took care of the girls today while all this was going on and my dad continues to come to the new house almost daily to work on things like blowing off the roof, cleaning windows and doing work on the property. I realize what a blessing it is to have our parents helping us this much on this move!!

Fourteen days post-closing and we’ve done so much on this house that I don’t have the time right now to make a list. But, it’s been a lot and it is really coming together – thanks to our parents!!!

The movers come tomorrow morning and then the next stage of this moving process starts: unpacking and organizing! Something I cannot wait to do!

Tonight is our last night at the old house and tomorrow is our first night in the new house.

Oh, and just so you know, I am moving in without the blinds being cleaned.
