Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Dave cooked this one! It was delicious. I watched. Smile

Ingredients:

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1/3 cup Dijon mustard

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon steak sauce

Mix all ingredients together and marinade the chicken for at least one hour. (We let it marinade all day. Dave put it together before leaving for work and we let it sit on kitchen counter for a couple hours to defrost the meat. Then around lunchtime I put it all in the fridge until Dave got it out around 5pm to grill it.)

Then just grill! Keep the marinade by the grill and when you flip the chicken, baste each side of the chicken again.

We served with rice, broccoli and grapes. (I forgot to take a picture of the final product.)
