Tote Their Furniture In!

Aug 06, 2013

One HUGE headache that must be faced with international adoption is the astronomical paperwork that must be processed before actually getting on the airplane and going to pick up your child(ren). Luke and Rebecca are swimming in the paperwork process right now and trying to stay afloat.

One HAPPY aspect of adding to the family, whether it be a biological child, adopted child, infant or teenager, is preparing the bedroom for that child.

Rebecca and Luke are also in the middle of doing this as they prepare for Stella and Lily to come home, hopefully by the beginning of next year!

Micah has moved to what used to be the guest room (AKA: my room) and the girls are going to have his old bedroom with a set up of two daybeds.

Only problem is, they are on hold until more funds come in to be able to get their girls’ bedroom ready.

They need to paint the bedroom and purchase two daybeds, two mattresses, a dresser and a nightstand. Rebecca estimates the cost will be around $1,000 and she is VERY hopeful her Tote Fundraiser is going to bring in the funds to be able to set up a bedroom for her daughters.

Here is the tote, designed by Rebecca herself!

The cost is $7.50 for one tote OR two totes for $14. Shipping is $3. If you buy five or more totes, shipping is free.

To purchase one or more totes click HERE.

A simple $10 and you can own one of these awesome totes AND help Rebecca and Luke meet their $1000 goal in this fundraiser to be able to buy bedroom furniture for Stella and Lily.

Seems like a win-win to me!!

(You may have noticed that in their RR account they have over $3,000. This is money that is not available to them until they travel.)
