A Peek into Ready-Made Preschool
Aug 22, 2013
Every thing needed for the first 10 weeks of lessons arrived in one box on our doorstep! The literature books needed for each lesson are not included in the package but they are books that can easily be found at the public library.
These are the supplies for weeks 1-3 (below left). Every thing came clearly labeled for easy organization of the materials. On the picture on the right (below) you can see the labels that tell you the items in the bag are for week 1 and then week 2.
Each manila folder had 2-4 week’s worth of lessons in it. I took everything out of the manila folders and organized it, week by week, into file folders. I wanted to have everything organized by week.
This way, everything I’ll need for one week of lessons (besides supplies like glue, paint, etc.) will be found in one file folder!
At the beginning of each day I can look at the organizational chart for each week and see what supplies I need to pull out of the file folder for that day’s lesson. After almost 2 years of finding lessons from blogs and other resources, printing things off and gathering supplies, I am very much looking forward to the readiness of Ready-Made Preschool! It took me about half an hour to organize 40 lessons!
I have a Ready-Made Preschool basket to keep all the file folders in.
After we complete the first 10 weeks of Ready-Made Preschool, I will be writing a review of RMPK on my blog. My guess is this is going to be a perfect fit for Little Bug, but I guess I won’t know that for sure until we actually dive in to these lessons!
