I will be back to blogging next week! My first priority is going to be to catch up with my Homeschool Highlights posts. Homeschooling has carried on as normal around here and I really want to catch up with these posts. I’ve been writing these and have some ready to go in the drafts.

I have started what I am calling “ABC School” with Sweet Pea. So I will be writing a weekly post on that. I am very excited about Sweet Pea’s ABC School probably because she is totally overjoyed to be doing school! It’s the cutest thing to see her literally take off running to our homeschool room when I announce it is her school time. She loves it. I went with “simple and easy to prep” when it came to making plans for her learning time (no surprise there). I am basically using the printables I used with Little Bug as well as a wonderful new-to-me resource I discovered when deciding what I wanted to do with Sweet Pea. (More on this when I post about Sweet Pea’s ABC School soon.)

We are SO ready for Spring. Actually, summer. This year you can definitely say we’ve had a winter although it’s nothing compared to what some parts of the USA have experienced this winter! I am ready for sunshiny days when the girls and I can pull out the kiddie pool and they can play to their hearts content in dirt and water, which is apparently my girls’ love language.

And eat an occasional treat of ice cream!

I’ve missed this space and it will be good to be back.
